Kunal Pandya
Chief Executive Officer

Kunal Pandya is a young IT entrepreneur and management professional with a thrilling desire to accomplish new milestones in the IT industry by providing proficient range of services in the field of technology. After completing his IT engineering in 2003, he earned his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Planning & Management (IIPM, Mumbai) in 2005. Prior to starting up the company, Kunal launched several web portals in different fields, a few of which have become one of the leading and profit-making portals in their respective fields today. To give a broader shape to his vision, he initiated a new venture in the form of NCrypted Technologies to provide high-end online and offline web as well as software development and application solutions to medium to large scale clients worldwide. Thus, he founded the company in the early 2006 and became a young and dynamic IT entrepreneur. With 10+ years of superior experience in the fields of internet technology, business intelligence, internet marketing and his touching skills of handling medium to large scale projects and teams, Kunal now directs the working of the company under his expert guidance. His high-end knowledge, skills and expertise in the field helps the company to expand its horizons and achieve new milestones everyday.

Apart from NCrypted Technologies, Kunal Pandya is also on the board of 2 other technology and internet marketing companies. Kunal also maintains his blog at kunalpandya.com where he has given a deeper insight into different topics through some of his interesting articles. Purvi Pandya
Chief Technology Officer

Purvi Pandya is working with NCrypted Technologies as CTO since January 2012. After completing her graduation in computer engineering, she worked with Infosys Ltd., an Indian global technology services company as a senior software engineer for 3½ years. She also has a work experience with Essar Information Technology Ltd. as a lead technical consultant for a period of 1 year. With all the necessary experience in the technical field, now she is working with NCrypted Technologies and offering her valuable services to the company. Her role in the company is to assure the successful execution of the company's business mission through development and deployment of the company's web presence. This requires envisioning the company's service offerings as a web-based business, leading implementation of web applications, and planning for risk and growth.

Kinjal Joshi
Project Administrator

Kinjal Joshi has done her post graduation in computer application. After that, she opted for a masters degree in information technology to develop a deeper insight into the field. She has been actively involved in the working of NCrypted Technologies since early 2008. She has been assisting the company in various roles such as senior web developer, project coordinator and project analyst. Now, she is actively engaged in the working of the company as a Project Administrator. As a Project Admin her role includes assisting in administrative functions of project-related assignments including overall planning, tracking and documentation of one or several projects from the project development phase to the project closeout. With several years of experience in the field, now she is able to proficiently match up to the responsibilities of her role.

Purvi Popat
Project Lead

Purvi Popat is working with NCrypted Technologies since June 2006. At present, she is serving as a Project Lead in the company. She completed her Masters in Information Technology and since then is working with the company. As a Project Lead her role is to assist in planning and coordinating systems analysis design and implementation of projects. She is responsible for coordinating project performance with timely and economic utilization of resources assigned to the project. Her position provides with technical coordination of project teams and overall management of projects.

Amit Thaker
Project Lead

Amit Thaker is working with NCrypted Technologies since December 2009. He is serving as a Project Lead in the company since January 2012. Amit has done his graduation in computer engineering and since then he is working with the company. As a Project Lead he ensures the general administration of the project, especially group dynamics, learning programs and relations with the clients and company's internal community. His role in the company also involves assisting in the planning and management of the workload, managing the developer teams and coordination of technology-based projects.
