Website Clones and Copyright Protection.
All our products and platforms are copyright properties of NCrypted Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The NCRYPTeD logo with a twisted 'e' and other product logos and its designs are protected by applicable copyright laws in India and other countries.
The term 'website clone' used across our website to sell our products and services is for marketing purpose only as this is how the web design and development industry refers to building a website similar to another site. NCrypted certifies that the entire design and code has been completely developed and built by our own team of designers and developers for all the readymade products, scripts and software. For custom design and development project as well, we guarantee that no part will be copied from any other website. No code, design or graphics has been or will be used from the website clone design and development.
NCrypted is not associated with any website, business or organization mentioned in any of the graphic or content otherwise explicitly mentioned so.
Trademarks. 'NCrypted', the NCRYPTeD logo with a twisted 'e' and 'transforming businesses' are trademarks or registered trademarks of NCrypted Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in India and other countries. All other logos used may be trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
Using our Software
NCrypted gives you a personal, worldwide, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the website clone software to you, that should you purchase, as part of the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by NCrypted, in the manner permitted by these terms. You may not copy, distribute, sell, resell, lease or franchise any part of our Services or software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless you have our written permission.
Modifying and Terminating our Services
We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.
You can stop using our Services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. NCrypted may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.

Changes to these Terms
NCrypted reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these terms and conditions of use, in whole or in part, or to incorporate service fees for Members, at any time. Changes in these terms and conditions of use will be effective when posted. You agree to review these terms and conditions of use periodically to be aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these terms and conditions of use are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
Conflict and Governing Law
If there is a conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will control for that conflict.
These terms control the relationship between NCrypted, its subsidiaries and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
If you do not comply with these terms, and we don't take action right away, this doesn't mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (e.g. taking action in the future).
If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
The laws of Gujarat, India, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services.
