BistroStays is a multifarious online platform that smoothes the progress of finding the accommodations for travelers online.
BistroStays allows the users to start his/her on website through which they can earn ample money. It permits you to make money by charging services costs to guests and hosts.
There would be Revenue earning for both types of users. Below are the details-

Guest:-
Commission based
The commission would be taken on sub total, including cleaning fees and excluding security deposit.
Admin will set commission (in %) for guests.
For e.g. if the guest books a property worth $100 USD per night for 3 nights with cleaning fees of $50 USD and security deposit of $150 USD then the commission % would be applied on $350 USD
i.e.($100 *3 + $50 = $350). If % is set as 10%, guest will be required to pay a total of $535 USD ($350 + $150 + $35) where $35 USD is the Guest Commission.
Host:-
Commission based
Admin will set commission (in %) for hosts. This percentage would be applicable to the total booking amount, including cleaning fees and excluding security deposit
For e.g. if a guest books a property worth $100 USD per night for 3 nights with cleaning fees of $50 USD and security deposit of $150 USD then the commission % would be applied on $350 USD
i.e. ($100 *3 + $50 = $350). If % is set as 5%, host will receive $332 USD ($350 - $18) where $18 USD is the Host Commission.
Cancellation charges
Host has an option to cancel the confirmed booking. While doing that, host is supposed to pay cancellation charges to admin
For e.g. if guest books a property worth $100 USD per night for 3 nights with cleaning fees of $50 USD and security deposit of $150 USD then the cancellation charges would be applied on $350 USD i.e. If % is set as 2%, host will have to pay $7 USD.
