Admin can add, edit or delete the Project Categories and their sub-categories using this feature. These categories and sub-categories are further used when the project is posted by the customer

This section of NLance shows the number of customer, providers, ongoing projects as well as completed projects

Home page banner can have either banner image uploaded or a banner video from the admin panel along with the tagline text

Admin can add social media urls from the admin panel which are placed in the footer and clicking on that will open the respective page

Customer has to pay commission on the total project cost as finalized on the basis of commission percentage as set by admin

Customer can mark his project as featured for some number of days by paying the amount as set by admin

Membership plans are set for providers to buy credits which would be further used to place bids on the projects

Providers can buy ad-hoc credits as well instead of buying a full plan to place bids on the projects

Provider has to pay escrow commission to the admin for all the milestone payments as per the commission percentage as set by admin

Both customers and providers have to pay commission to the admin while depositing as well as redeeming the funds as per the commission percentage as set by admin

Admin has an option to track the payments that have been received on the system at one single place

Both customers and providers can send redeem requests to admin for redeeming the funds present in their wallet

A project is divided into different stages on the basis of activity as done by customers and providers. Admin can view all the details from admin panel

Workroom is a common place for Customers and Providers to share the files and messages once the project has started

Customers and providers and message each other at all the stages of the project to discuss about various details

Providers and Customers can share different files for the project while sending messages to each other as well as in the workroom

Both Customers and Providers can raise a dispute once the project is ongoing and if escrow is agreed. In case of any ambiguity, admin will take the decision about the issue and will fund the winning party

Providers can report any project as spam if he finds it inappropriate and a notification will go to admin about it

Total number of bids received and the average bid in terms of time and cost will be seen to all providers so that they can place a competitive bid

Customers can get their requirements worked upon by posting the project on the system by filling up the form with required details

There is no limitation on customers in terms of posting projects, a user who has signed up as a customer can post unlimited projects on the system

Customers have an option to give star ratings to the providers and submit their reviews about the work done, post completion of the project

Customers can search the providers based on the algorithm set as well as various filters available so that he can either invite them to bid on his project or mark them as favorite

The payment follow between customers and providers is ruled by Escrow system wherein in the funds spent by customer are being held by admin before releasing to provider for both customer and provider protection

Users have an option to report a project or a provider as ‘spam’ if they find any issue with it or him
