Featured categories are set by admin and viewed on home page. Clicking on that category will open the detail page with further sub-categories of it

Home page banner can have either banner image uploaded or a banner video from the admin panel along with the tagline text.

Admin can add social media urls from the admin panel which are placed in the footer and clicking on that will open the respective page.

Customer has to pay commission on the total service cost as finalized on the basis of commission percentage as set by admin

Provider will get the service amount after the commission is deducted on the basis of commission percentage as set by admin.

Both customers and providers have to pay commission to the admin while depositing as well as redeeming the funds as per the commission percentage as set by admin.

Both customers and providers can send redeem requests to admin for redeeming the funds present in their wallet.

A service or a task is divided into different stages on the basis of activity as done by customers and providers. Admin can view all the details from admin panel

Customers and providers and message each other once the provider is hired by the customer. Provider details are not shared with the customer till he is hired.

Customer can mark any service as favorite so that he can book the same service later on as well to save time searching for it again.

Customer can report any provider as spam if he finds it inappropriate and a notification will go to admin about it.

This is an intellectual feature provided to customers wherein they can check their financial information in terms of amount spent so far and pending to be spent on completed and ongoing services.

Customers can get the desired services at their preferred location by filling up the service form with the required details and hiring the providers of their choice

There is no limitation on customers in terms of posting service requests, a user who has signed up as a customer can avail unlimited services on the system.

Customers have an option to give star ratings to the providers and submit their reviews about the work done, post completion of the service.

Customers can search the providers based on the algorithm set as well as various filters available so that he can hire them for their service request.

Customers can search providers based on various filters like category, sub-category, location, availability date, service prices and start ratings received

Customers can view the upcoming, ongoing and historical services on his dashboard to have the service details at any point of time.

Customer can cancel any booked services which is not yet started. In case of online payment, the full amount would be refunded to the customer, excluding the commission.

Providers can check their financial information in terms of amount received so far and pending to be received on completed and ongoing services.

Providers can add multiple services to their profile so that they can be searched as well as hired based on service requirements

Providers have an option to see star ratings and reviews provided to them by the customers, post completion of the service.

Provider has an option to go online/offline as per his availability. Only those providers who are online would be found in the search results at any particular point of time.

Provider can make the no. of working days and working timings each day available on his profile so that he can hired based on his working hours.

Providers can view the upcoming, ongoing and historical services on his dashboard to have the service details at any point of time.

Based on the number of tasks completed and the ratings received on the tasks, providers are given percentage positive rating on his profile

Provider can cancel any booked services which is not yet started. A count of cancelled services by the provider will be available to admin so that he can take necessary steps.

Users can sign up on Taskgator either as a customer or a provider using his email address and can login to Taskgator using the same email.

Users can sign up on Taskgator using their Facebook ID to start accessing the website without filling the sign up form.

Users can sign up on Taskgator using their LinkedIn ID to start accessing the website without filling the sign up form.

Taskgator has a sleek responsive design which will be compatible in all devices starting from mobiles to tablets to desktops/laptops.
